My name is Korina, and some of you might already know me from my blog www.thesauchalife.com, where I started back in 2016 to share my transition to a healthy, clean, nutritionally rich plant based lifestyle. A few months earlier I started studying nutritional therapy at the College of Naturopathic medicine in London, driven by a nutritional allergy that made me reconsider the role of food in our body. In the same year I got diagnosed with lymphoma, a form of blood cancer, which shocked me deeply and completely changed my outlook in life. I went through chemotherapy for two years, while at the same time applying on myself what I was being taught at college, seeing (to my doctors’ surprise) how much the food I ate optimised my quality of life and energy levels. 3 years later I am healthy and a survivor, a certified nutritional therapist with 200 hours of clinical practice and have started my own online clinic looking to give back to as many people as I can the gift of the knowledge that has been offered to me.
My life purpose is to help you not only add years in your life but more importantly add back life into your years. To help you increase your energy levels and appetite for life by adopting new behaviors that often, but not exclusively, start from the plate. To make you fall in love again with taking care of yourself and your body through small everyday habits that have scientifically proven results.
